美国WEWOKIT网的订单派送工作日为周一 至周五（节假日除外）。我们通常会在当日或第二个工作日处理并发送您的订单。本站将会通过第三方把产品送到您所指定的送货地址。所有在本站上列出的送货时间为参考时间,参考时间的计算是根据库存状况、正常的处理过程和送货时间、送货地点的基础上估计得出的。请清楚准确地填写您的真实姓名、送货地址及联系方式。

因如下情况造成订单延迟或无法配送等,本站将无法承担迟延配送的责任：
1. 如果您订单的产品缺货时，可能会延误您的订单发送。
2. 客户提供错误信息和不详细的地址。
3. 货物送达无人签收，由此造成的重复配送所产生的费用及相关的后果。
4. 不可抗力，例如：自然灾害、交通戒严、突发战争等。

缺货处理：
如果您的订单中有产品缺货，WEWOKIT网可能会暂时取消您的订单，或取消订单中缺货的产品。客服人员将发送提示邮件并退还差价。

销售税：
销售税将会添加到您所购买的商品。

核实配送：
请在确认订单时务必核实您的订单资料-- 名字，收货地址（邮编，城市，国家），账单地址等。如果您的订单信息有误，将耽误您的订单进度。希望您及时与WEWOKIT网客服联系。

配送方式

美国WEWOKIT网为了让您体验最方便快捷的配送方式，我们选择USPS和UPS来派送您的订单.
请仔细检查并核实您的收货地址，并填写您的详细地址信息（公寓楼编号及具体房间号码，学校等）。

配送资费       

我们目前服务美国48个州 （阿拉斯加州与夏威夷州暂时不提供服务）, 我们使用USPS Priority 或者UPS服务商，每个包裹我们收取 $9.99(订单满$89包邮)。
加拿大：（目前暂无服务）

由于地址填写错误,送货公司无法联系收货人,收货人拒绝收取包裹,WEWOKIT网将收到退回包裹后进行退款处理,被退回包裹将不能被重新邮寄,如果顾客希望重新邮寄,需要在WEWOKIT网下新的订单。

特别说明：
1.在订单发货前修改地址,WEWOKIT网将不会收取费用帮您修改地址。
2.在订单派送过程中更改收货地址，WEWOKIT网可以帮助顾客修改地址,可是UPS或者USPS将会收取顾客$12-$15的修改费用。
3.所用订单邮寄重量最高的配额为30磅，订单超过30磅WEWOKIT网有权取消订单或收取额外邮寄费用。
4.非常抱歉我们无法向P.O. box 和 A.P.O. box 地址发货,所有填写不正确地址的订单将被自动取消或被退件。

 

Shipping Information

Order processing:

Orders dispatched by the United States WEWOKIT.COM are from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). We usually process and send your order on the same day or the second business day. This site will send products to your designated shipping address through a third party. All the delivery times listed on this site are reference times. The calculation of the reference time is based on inventory status, normal processing and delivery times, and delivery locations.

Please fill out your real name, shipping address and contact information clearly and accurately.

 

Due to delays in ordering or inability to deliver due to the following conditions, this site will not be able to bear the responsibility for late delivery:

  1. If your ordered product is out of stock, your order may be delayed.
  2. The customer provides wrong information and no detailed address.
  3. The cost of the re-delivery resulting from the unsigned delivery of the goods and the associated consequences.
  4. Force majeure such as: natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war and so on.

 

Out of stock processing:

If there are products out of stock in your order, WEWOKIT.COM may temporarily cancel your order or cancel out of order products. The customer service staff will send a reminder email and refund the difference price.

Sale tax:

Sales tax will be added to the product you purchased.

Verify delivery:

Please be sure to verify your order details when confirming your order - name, shipping address (zip code, city, country), billing address, etc. If your order information is incorrect, your order will be delayed. I hope you can contact customer service of WEWOKIT Network in time.

Delivery Method

In order to let you experience the most convenient and efficient delivery method, we choose USPS and UPS to send your order.

Please double check and verify your shipping address and fill in your detailed address information (apartment number and specific room number, school, etc.).

Delivery Service and Fee

We currently serve 48 states in the US (Alaska and Hawaii do not provide services temporarily). We use USPS Priority or UPS service providers and we charge $9.99 per package (with orders over $89).

Canada: (currently no service)

Special Note:

  1. Modify the address before the order is shipped. WEWOKIT.COM will not charge you for the address modification.
  2. Change the shipping address during the order delivery process. WEWOKIT.COM can help the customer to modify the address. However, UPS or USPS will charge the customer a modification fee of $12-$15.
  3. The highest weighted quota for mail orders used is 30 pounds. Orders over 30 pounds WEWOKIT.COM reserves the right to cancel orders or charge additional postage fees.
  4. We are very sorry that we cannot ship to P.O. box and A.P.O. box. All orders with incorrect address will be automatically canceled or returned.
